Leadership
Todd Robinson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Iron Street Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and scaling durable, cash-flowing assets with an emphasis on long-term wealth preservation.
An attorney by training and an investor by practice, Todd brings a unique blend of legal precision and real-world operating experience to every transaction. He has been directly involved in structuring, acquiring, and managing multifamily and specialty real estate assets across multiple markets, with a focus on conservative underwriting, thoughtful capital structures, and aligned partnerships.
Iron Street Capital was built on a simple philosophy: protect downside first, then pursue upside. The firm prioritizes disciplined acquisitions, operational excellence, and transparent investor communication—favoring sustainable returns over speculation.
Todd is known for his hands-on approach, deep understanding of deal structure, and commitment to doing business the right way. Through Iron Street Capital, he partners with investors who value clarity, integrity, and long-term thinking in real estate.
Karl "Reggie" Dufrenne serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Iron Street Capital, where he is responsible for the firm's operational strategy, asset management, and execution of value-add initiatives across the portfolio. With a sharp focus on efficiency and performance, Reggie ensures that every asset operates at its peak potential, driving net operating income and maximizing investor returns.
Reggie brings extensive experience in property operations, project management, and team leadership to the firm. His hands-on approach to asset management involves rigorous oversight of property-level performance, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects. He excels at identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing systematic solutions that reduce costs while enhancing the resident experience.
Prior to his role at Iron Street Capital, Reggie built a track record of success in managing complex real estate projects and leading cross-functional teams. His ability to bridge the gap between high-level investment strategy and on-the-ground execution makes him an integral part of the firm's leadership.
